The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical, and project management skills and be fully registered with relevant professional bodies and<strong> ready to start working immediately.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead the design and execution of roads, bridges, drainage, buildings, and other civil works.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise junior engineers and site teams to ensure quality and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and review engineering drawings, reports, BOQs, and tender documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards and codes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master\u2019s degree is an added advantage).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum\u00a0<strong>10 years of relevant experience<\/strong>\u00a0in civil\/infrastructure projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Registered with EIZ and ERB<\/strong>\u00a0(or equivalent professional bodies).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other relevant tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of Zambian civil engineering codes and regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested candidates are invited to submit a\u00a0<strong>detailed CV<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>cover letter<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>proof of registration<\/strong>\u00a0with professional bodies as one PDF Document<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About Us: Tonlex Investments Limited is a leading firm in the infrastructure and construction industry, delivering high-quality engineering solutions across Zambia and beyond.
